Paying it forward in Bulle

Hi All,

I used this site a bit back when I moved to Switzerland the second time nearly a decade ago and unfortunately I kind of drifted away from using it as I slowly got accustomed to life here. People here were really helpful at answering questions and getting my feet on the ground, so it feels only right that I return the favor.

The Bulle / Gruyère region isn't exactly big, but I've managed to run into a surprising amount of anglophones in my time here. So if anyone has any questions or would like some advice, please let me know. I may not have the answer to every question, but I should have an idea or be able to point you in the right direction.

As a bit of background, I'm an American, my wife is Swiss, and we have two hybrid kids. That is to say, I'm not particularly suited to helping with bureaucracy between Albion and/or Ireland and la Suisse, but luckily there are plenty of other people here much more knowledgeable on the subject. There's also a chance I may say 'soccer' from time to time, and I apologize in advance for that.

Welcome back.

We shall be magnanimous.

Which part?

Hello. It's not only about questions and answers. There's plenty of fooling around.

Well, that's a risky thing to say just a few weeks before the world cup

If I'm not living dangerously, am I really living?
