Payroll provider to pay remote employees

We are Swiss based company. We have remote employees worldwide. Right now we are conducting payroll manually and paying people lump amounts, and they need to figure out their own taxes in their respective jurisdictions.

We are hoping to find a payroll provider that can

a) facilitate payment for us, and

b) facilitate remittance for our employees

Ideally taxes can be remit to the proper tax authority for each jurisdiction.

Does such a service exist?

Companies such as Deloitte do that to my knowledge but maybe some local company could do it for a lower budget.
