I am looking for a good English speaking orthodontist in Zurich for my 7 year old son. I am not worried about cost as we got him covered from a young age.

There are many - but with the many appointments if your child needs braces, I suggest finding one that is within walking distance of school.
My suggestion is to speak to your child's school teacher - they probably know who the local 'good' ones are as they will hear it from the parents...
In Adliswil, all the kids seem to see Dr Iris Place. She is very nice. She only does orthodontics and kids.
For city centre, I like Cosmodent. That's where I go to get my teeth cleaned, and also had implants done. My kids see Dr Zimmermann for regular checkups and cleaning. https://www.cosmodent.ch/
I assume Dr Zimmermann does Orthodontics for kids.
Both will give treatment plans and costings up-front, I am sure, and they are Swiss trained dentists...

It is in centre sort of behind the opera building which almost guarantees a nearby parking spot under the market square.
You first want to look in your own environment first, and a lot of dentists take no new patients or if you can make an appointment it will be after summer.

Why English speaking, you limit yourselves terribly, surely your first concern should be finding a GOOD orthodentiste !!!!
