For example you could do a 2 day trackday with Wirz Motorsport (website currently being updated - but around 600chf per day) or Pistenclub - you'll then need to hire a car. For example [PC Rental](htttp://pistenclub.info/en/service/car-rentals)
For a 2 day rental (with support) don't expert much change from 5,000chf with limited tuition. Add 1,000chf per day if you want dedicated tuition.
Hanseat also does 4 day courses - but you'll need your own car.
I initially planned a budget of around 500 a day or so. It's actually primarily meant as a gift for my wife who'd like to give it a go.
That seems quite cool too. Initially we discussed something like a day of instruction with a decent car like a BMW or whatever, maybe on the Nürburgring, I had no idea there were so many different options!
BMW have a driving academy in Germany and I'd guess the likes of Porsche, Merc, Audi have the same. BUT they seem to be more targeting companies rather than individuals.
To put things into perspective - circuit hire for 1 day costs around 30k eur for a good/safe/professional track; budget per car 1000-2000eur per day - fuel works out around 1l per minute of use. Instructors are around 1,000eur per day.
1 track + 10 cars + 10 instructors + staffing = 60,000eur before fuel.
Each experience occupies 1 car + 1 instructor for half an hour. 6 hours available per day = 120 clients = 500eur per client.
