Can anyone recommend me a good and affordable physio who I can do weekly shoulder stabilising excercises with. I really need to strengthen my rotator cuff muscles and I need to work with someone to ensure my form is good.
Thanks!

My doctor referred me to Physiozentrum a few years ago, and they seemed quite good. They had private rooms where you meet with the physical therapists and also a small gym area for strength-training exercises, etc. They also offered evening appointments. I think they have locations all over Switzerland:
I felt that they only ever addressed the direct location of the injury. In my case, physio only addressed the symptoms.
I found Pilates, which helped me understand my body in a holistic way. No more problems. It can help you build strength, and help change the habitual movement that is unsetting your shoulder girdle. I no longer have any back issues, and am in the best shape I have ever been in. It helped me avoid surgery too.
I also recommend seeing a Rolfer for this. That kind of bodywork, i believe, is also very effective and sustainable.
Good luck with your shoulder.
My therapist Melina was great - she started easy with stretching and mobility exercises then moved into strength training. The prescription is usually for 10 sessions so together we assessed each time the need for more sessions (I ended up doing 20 or 30 sessions, I can't recall now) and once we had addressed the symptoms she started going after some of the underlying issues. I'm a bit surprised at Traubert's experience with them only addressing the symptoms because my experience was that my therapist was more than happy to continue working on the underlying issues once the major symptoms were addressed to try to get to fully pain-free and not stop at the previous baseline pain level, so I guess I got lucky
