Pixmania.com and Import Taxes/Fees

Has anyone ordered from Pixmaina.com? The prices are displayed in CHF and shown including Swiss tax, however, when you go to check-out, the price is shown with all taxes removed, and says that I need to pay Swiss tax upon delivery.

I have experienced in the past from ordering abroad, that I will not only pay the tax but usually also some kind of "service fee" of 20-30 CHF. Will this apply as well here? Does it depend on who is delivering it? (ie: Post, FedEx, UPS, etc.) I think the Post adds the 20-30CHF service fee, but I'm not sure how FedEx or UPS works.

If anyone here has ordered from Pixmania, please let me know what your experience was regarding import taxes and fees (and who delivered it). Thanks.

When purchasing from the Pixmania.com Swiss the taxes and the customs taxes are payable at the time of delivery.

The cost of the TVA will be calculated at the time of ordering, at an amount of 7%. The customs costs will be calculated by the transport company and the amount will depend on the nature of the item purchased.
