Wtf think it's either kids being silly or some coward with no backbone that's noticed the shits around and 'assume' it's my cute little bulldogs maybe I should put a note on letter box,,, please no shitty donations if wanting to donate send $$$$€€€€€££££ or chocolates and flowers lol. So somebody posted a big shit through our letterbox fuming as there's a lot of poo around here may I add mostly cat shit by looks of it, but because a neighbour of ours doesn't like dogs AKA Cruella D Ville we get the blame for every big stinking turd that appears and sad thing is we NEVER let our dogs poo near the play area or communal grass area we take them straight to a dog walking area and ALWAYS pick up :-) as I know how frustrating it is to step in an unpleasant unwanted 'surprise'

Buy a Wildlife camera.
Take time to place the camera in a suitable spot.
This will nail the basterds ass to the floor boards.
What kind of person does this and really, someone with small hands who could fit manage to fit their hand through the opening where the letters go to smear the letters.

Also, I would be extremely careful when walking your dog. Anyone who is willing to smear letters with poo is very angry and quite possibly capable of more.

Agree with contacting the police; not only is it downright digusting, but it is a pretty serious health hazard. Anyone who would stoop to this is not normal and potentially dangerous.

I'm annoyed about this really ( thanks for the support and pms ) we are in wetzikon, think il give it a bit longer and see if anything else happens, just more upsetting than anything as we absolutely do our best to respect the people that dislikes dogs a year ago we moved here and verified with the landlord that dogs were welcome here, tbh they rarely alone we even take them on nights out to the restaurant ect! Next week we go to France and they are coming too!! If anything I spend more time with them than I ever did living in the UK I guess some folks just don't like

No one should really have to put up with that. Report to the police and the building manager/company. They have a responsibility to also deal with this.
If things do escalate, you will regret not reporting this when it happened.

NO, don't leave it a little longer, the police need to be aware of this incident as it sounds like this particular person has taken a dislike to you and may take things further, I would even have a little note book and jot down comments they make to you and the dates, very handy to have a record of these incidents.
Do they actually live in your apartment block? if so might be worth mentioning it to your landlord.We had a guy that lived in the apartment below us and we had snide comments from day one of moving into our apartment, he even reported me for cruelty to my cats which involved a visit from my own vet who said it was laughable and a waste of his time. We moved eventually as it was seriously stressing us out.

Putting poo in your mailbox is a shitty thing to do. No doubt about that.
But if you have been disposing of dog poo in regular public garbage cans then you are not beyond reproach yourself...
