Go to the local butcher and ask for big skin - they usually cut it off the joint, so should be cheap. Score, salt, oven. DONE
Wonderful with a good pint of bitter in a nice and cosy pub...but lethal for your cholesterol levels!
They sell them here. This is also a great place to get all your meat stuff.
It's much cheaper than the supermarket for big cuts of meat like leg's of lamb, filet beef etc

They were at the Asia store, had not seen them last time. I have to admit, I'm disappointed... I expected them to be higher in fat. Only 31%

and the big shops of course have them
Do not use the term Rind for this as RIND is BEEF
