It’s also available in the EU and Canada (although only two provinces (AB QU) include it in their healthcare plans). It’s called Vyalev in Canada.

Doesn’t appear to be available here (yet).

How does that work, I always thought Parkinsons was unreversable.

It’s a forever drug. It treats the symptoms, it doesn’t cure the disease nor reverse it. But for patients it provides relief. According to a friend of mine there is little new in the actual drugs it is the semi-permanent sub-cutaneous delivery.
