It might be useful if you mentioned the minimum/maximum tube size.
I believe even the post office sells them.

There is no standard poster size.
but ok, if everything else fails, you can buy them in every post office too:
NEUTRAL Versandhülse, or probably better Versandkartonrolle
you can even choose which “standard size” is “THE standard size”:
fi100m, l=335mm, 540, 740mm, 940mmm, 1538mm
Please... everyone knows the standard size is in inches and not metric!
