I have an interview call from Nestle (Vevey) and I have been asked to run 10minute presentation with slides about myself, my previous work, project work and work I feel proud..Add pictures to express the point and feeling if possible...!
My favorite topic is Logistics and supply chain...!!and I particularly interested in Physical Logistics...! I wonder if anyone has any presentation which may help to draw my ideas in accordance to my requirement...!!
No, but the guys from the Nestle HR department who are forum members will be fascinated when the guy/girl shows up to discuss Physical Logistics that he/she needed help to write a presentation about themself
Are you sure you're really interested in this? I would have thought that knocking off four or five slides around a specific area of interest would be straightforward enough for someone as interested as you say.
Thanks guys....Infect what I asked is to share your experience if you have...? obviously I have to write my own expertise.... but at the same time if any one of your has already been through this interview can share your presentation or experience that certainly will enable me to be more precise or make my presentation little better...?
One good tip. Irrespective of contents. In PPT. go to tools, select language, select the language you will be presenting in and make sure you run a spell checker!
They will likely test your creativity and how comfortable you are in public speaking. Make it humorous. Start up with some light banter about yourself...leave out the nitty gritty stuff, like how Betsy dumped you in 2nd grade and preferably don't mentioned that trip down to Tijuana. Furthermore, engage the interviewer...don't be like the rest of the applicants...be different. Show wit, be well groomed, be courteous, show balls ( !Analogy Alert! Do not actually undress, it's only a figure of speech!)...and don't forget, each and every single stuck up, pinky in the air expat on here, once started as a wet behind the ear intern. Just be yourself.
Don't forget to use that clip art of a man bending down and using a magnifying glass. Everyone loves that. And the "any questions?" one of a person scratching his head with a yellow question-mark floating around.
