Pre-brexit student B permit to work B permit

Does anyone have experience or know the process of going from a pre-brexit student B permit to a work B permit?

I have "Gemäss Abkommen CH-UK vom 25. Februar 2019" on my permit but also "Erwerbstätigkeit bis 15 Std/Woche" limiting me to 15 hours of work per week.

1) When I graduate, do I immediately need to apply for a job seekers permit? Or can I wait until my permit expiry?

2) Do I apply for a work permit like an EU person at the kreisburo with a work contract, or do I need the company to apply on my behalf?

3) As I understand it, no issuing quota applies, requirement to have the job advertised to EFTA first applies, or requirement to get a job related to my studies applies due to acquired rights. Is this correct?

4) How can I concisely write my permit status on my CV? I feel like companies will want to avoid as soon as they see my strange situation.

As far as I understand, you can take up any job whatsoever, and your employer doesn't need to apply for a permit. Full access to job market as if you were EU, because that was your right before Brexit and it's explicitly protected by the agreement.

You need to apply for a job seekers permit. With a student one you have the 15 hrs limit. And when you graduate, you are no longer a student.

So the job seeker's permit removes this limitation, great. Do you know if I can immediately start on job on this permit subject to notifying the kreisburo? Or some sort of decision needs to be made by the migration office/SEM before starting work?

Also, I can go straight from the student permit to work permit if I have a job lined up without need for the job seekers permit?

Yes, the job seekers is only if you haven’t gotten anything ready to go.
