The default for the child, custody and care, is 50/50, with costs shared equally. If you have full custody and care, she owes you child support. Of course you are free to waive that.
IIRC it’s possible to apply civil law of your country of origin provided you’re from the same country, married there. Such an application needs to be signed by both spouses. Subject to what your plans are, that might be more favorable.
