I know this is hard to believe, but I cannot find pretzel salt anywhere between Winterthur and Zurich. I wanted to use it for pretzels and as a possible substitute for Milton's Kosher salt. Does anyone know where I might find some. ?I am thinking about asking the bakery at COOP or MIGRO.
Do you make your own pretzel dough? If you buy some of the frozen pretzels, they give you a packet of salt free to put on the pretzels.
If not; the closest thing I know is at Coop. They sell coarse sea salt (Meersalz). It costs 2.70 CHf for 1KG
