We bought tickets for a concert in summer 2020 through alltickets.ch. Due to COVID, concerts were either canceled or postponed.
The company refused to refund the tickets for a while. Few months ago, they said finally they will do it, asked for the tickets to be sent back (giving only 7 days to do it! which I managed of course).
And while they confirmed that they have received the tickets, they have not done the refund, and it is taking months already.
Has anyone had this kind of experience? Where shall I report them to get my money back (consumer rights, etc.)? Thanks!
P.S. don't even fall in trap to have business with these guys, such a bad experience!!
