Apparently KK finds it easy to do so just because they might have added 30 seconds to his journey. Or if they’ve been gay within sight of a child.
He’s a very angry person, it would seem, so I don’t think you’re going to be able to find any logic behind his behaviour.
I never said that, and I always give people the benefit of the doubt. After all, we are all humans and we can all make mistakes.
It’s when someone continuously and deliberately thinks they can selfishly hold up traffic that I take issue with.
Me at the traffic lights once the cyclist has caught up to me:

I’m going to have to repeat myself.
Cyclists are traffic.
If you want to avoid other road users then take a tram or train.
If a car was selfishly blocking traffic I would also take issue with it.
You seem to misunderstand: it’s not the fact that the person happens to be riding a bicycle, it’s that they’re behaving like an entitled prick.
You suffer from road rage. The problem is with you and not other road users.
This may help:
- Get sufficient rest – lack of sleep leads to loss of control.
- Limit alcohol – “Alcohol can make you rageful,” Cadell says (not to mention impair your driving other ways).
- Leave earlier for your destinations. That 10-second wait won’t bug you as much.
- Play soothing music. This can really help.
I don’t think even Mantovani would work.
Another cyclist seriously injured at Baar, ZG, this week.
A 70 yr old driving a Ferrari SF90 crossed over to the wrong side of the road and ploughed into a cyclist.
Police page
It’s quite an interesting read - yesterday two separate accidents occurred on the same stretch of road - the A4 motorway near Rotkreuz with cars going too fast in the rain (the speed limit is a limit and not a target).
That’s just your assumption as you seem to believe that all cyclists follow the rules and can do no wrong.
Basically, you shouldn’t be so willing to allow people to take liberties. And you should probably teach your children the same to avoid issues with bullying etc.
Totally irrelevant and uncalled for comparison. Stick to the topic of road-users please.
It’s OK, given the way he lives his life trying to police everyone, he’ll probably die of apoplexy.
I never wrote that at all.
Many cyclists behave appallingly - but not as many as motorists (watch the video I posted to see how people are blinkered into thinking that all the road problems are caused by cyclists and why there is so much irrational blind hatred of them).
However, it is not your job (and the many other motorists who do the same) to punish them - especially threatening them by close-passing them (in itself a very dangerous manoeuvre).
What are you thinking? It’s not normal? Protected by your 1-2 tonne steel car against a cyclist with no protect you are acting like an absolute coward.
You get away with in this country as the laws to protect cyclists are very lax. In other Western European countries - you’d probably lose your driving licence - and rightly so.
And what do you do actually do in these situations? Write posts on social media about how entitled people are?
I think you’re trying to stir people up because you’ve noticed their sensibilities. I bet you’re less aggressive with traffic participants than you want to appear here… ![]()
Definitely. As I said, I always give people the benefit of the doubt and try to be patient and courteous to all.
This is probably true.
It’s 2 tonne now, really makes me feel like a big man ![]()
*Otherwise known as standing up for yourself.
Well, I hope it’s true because it is not so obvious on this forum where you enjoy pushing people’s buttons…![]()
I never understood some drivers’ reactions anyways. Cyclists and other traffic participants are not your enemies, they’re people like you who want to get from point A to point B. Some are inattentive or have poorer skills, but in the end we all want to be safe.
There are other things - with less serious consequences - you can get annoyed at…(sorry, stand up for ;))
A child was seriously injured in an accident on Saturday (today 17-08-24) in Baar. The child was taken to a hospital outside the canton.
The accident occurred on Saturday morning (17 August 2024), shortly before 11:30 a.m., on Falkenweg in the municipality of Baar. A 62-year-old driver was reversing out of her parking space onto Falkenweg. For reasons not yet known, this maneuver resulted in a collision between the car and the six-year-old boy, who was riding a bicycle. The child was seriously injured. After receiving initial medical treatment, the boy was taken to a hospital outside the canton. Since the boy’s leg was trapped in the wheel arch, members of the Baar fire brigade were also called out to help with the rescue. Since the exact course of the accident is unclear, the police are looking for witnesses. Anyone who can provide information on the course of the accident is asked to report it to the Zug police control center (T 041 595 41 41).
So she didn’t just hit the child, she reversed over him.
Accidents happen unfortunately. I don’t know why you always report them like there was some bad intent of the car driver. Seems obsessive.
I posted two today. Just pointing out that the cyclists are coming off worst in these accidents.
Noted that you have a go at me but not at @Kingkong who punishes cyclists when they get in his way.
As this is allowed: F**k off.
Sorry, my mistake. This is allowed: Shut the f**k up @komsomolez.
LOL. Did I hit a nerve, Tommy?
