This is my first forum post! I am completing today my first application form for an apartment. I have a couple of questions regarding some of the fields I need to fill in. Google translate did not help!
So here they are:
-Allfälliger Vorbehalt
-Mogl. Bezugstermin
-Kaution(max. 3 Bruttomieten).
For the last one I understand it means deposit, but do tenants usually choose the deposit here? How much should I put?!?!

Here's some extra information that might be useful:
Possible reservations regarding rental contract is kind of weird. Can you give more context. May be you could state there you will only take it if animals are allows. Normally, this term is used for something differently. There the landlord states that rent is X but because of special circumstances the rent is a lower amount of X-Y and he reserves the right to increase the rent by Y. Then Y would be the amount shown in Vorbehalt.
Moving date should be clear.
Are you sure this is not a template form which was not fully filled in by the landlord?
Indeed it seems that it is a template form because I had to fill in the rent from the ad and the address. But there was not deposit mentioned in the ad.
Do you think it is okay if I leave it empty for them to fill it in?
"Allfälliger Vorbehalt" I think is something the landlord fills in - and not for you to see, so he would put that later.
