quiet place for exams

Hi everybody!

Not sure if it really fits here but... does anyone have an idea of a quiet place to take an exam? Not too far from Zurich if possible?

Ideally with a scanner.

There's a new neighbour with a non-stop barking mini bulldog so that now 4 of the 5 other flats in the building have barking dogs, which makes it a bit hard to concentrate.

And I need an alternative to using the work space for private stuff, plus you never know when a coworker or my boss might stop by for a chat.

There are still these buildings called libraries. Uni ones are usually quieter, I prefer them. Then, earplugs work as well. Good luck with the exams!

Rent somewhere like Regus office space for half a day (or whatever it takes). They have copier, fax, scanner facilities and it's not too expensive.

With a 2.5 year old and 4 month old childred at home I can hardly work at home during school holidays. I don't want to commute to school in basel so i set up camp in our local Beiz.

It's normally quiet (old regulars aside, it's better to ignore what they say anyway if you want to be productive) just from 11.30 to 13.00 there are a lot of people eating lunch.
