Just completed our move with a particular firm and also employed them for the final cleaning. While the movers themselves were quite good, the boss was horrible and he made me pay more than what was agreed on the contract saying that we didn't have everything in cartons, i.e. We had 15 bags. I ended up paying CHF 400 more than agreed. I let it go because the move itself wasn't too bad and to tell the truth, I felt sorry for the movers who were so good and woken so hard. I suppose that was in futile because he probably underpays his staff any way.
But the real disaster was with the final cleaning. He was supposed to have finished the final cleaning yesterday and we were due to handover the keys this morning. When we turned up this morning, alas, the cleaning was not over. He started complaining to the verwaltung that it is taking so long because he had to do so much work and it is going to be few hours before he will finish it off. my verwaltung ended up telling me that next time, I should use a Swiss company even if I have to pay more. Sad thing is what I paid him for the movement was exactly what most other firms quoted me.
Long story short, I was wondering if there are websites where I can leave feedback on his firm. He has a feedback form on his own website and surprise, surprise, it is 5/5 stars. When I left a feedback with 1/5 stars on his website, I got an information that it will be reviewed by admin, yeah right!!

Our move back to Canada from Switzerland was arranged with my wife's employer, they contracted a well known Swiss firm.
As well as many items damaged due to poor packing we discovered several items missing, presumed stolen, from our shipment when we arrived back in Canada and unpacked.
The firm are no longer being allowed to tender for other staff moves.
All very good... but who was it so others know to avoid them.

Don't use - stay away- tries to whinge and overcharge at every single opportunity- highly unprofessional - even smoked on the inside of the apartment when he was doing the final cleaning!!
