RAV in Canton Zürich - Decline or delay of Swiss Citizenship application?

Hi folks - Never thought I’d see the day (after almost 12 years!) but my work contract is concluding soon.

Question I have is - does anyone know if Canton Zürich can decline your citizenship application if you’re on RAV?

Based on https://www.zh.ch/content/dam/zhweb/bilder-dokumente/themen/migration-integration/einbuergerung/eo_handbuch_einbuergerungen_ab_01.07.2023.pdf I don’t think so, you need to be able to support yourself (RAV is one way).

For citizenship you need to show economic integration. This can mean a job, but I think also RAV counts.
