RAV question about canceling vacations last minute

Hello,

I have a question regarding my RAV consultant. Im currently on RAV for 9 months and I have rights for 15 working days of vacation. My consultant recieved paper about my vacation plans 3 weeks ago and did not say anything about not approving until now when we booked everything and we should leave in 2.5 week. In a meantime he signed me for 2 months course and I recieved papers last week that I starting my course on 23rd of may until 8th of July which not saying anything about my second vacation plans which are in conflict from June 2nd until June 11.

Could you please let me know what other rights I have to not get into any troubles and going on planed vacations?

Can he not approve when he signed me for course right after having papers about vacation request in June?

Many thanks for any advice.

I am sorry to hear- but I am afraid you should not have booked without official approval of the dates by your RAV advisor.

What rights, the vacation was not approved and the primary objective is to get you off the unemployment list ASAP so the course takes precedence.

The fact that you went and booked holidays without approval is your problem...

As we are close to the Summer holidays in July and August, any courses have to take place now, or wait until September.
