I looked in a large Migros (in Zug) but they didn't have ready made filo pastry.
Is it even available in Switzerland? I'd be willing to go to a grocery store in Zurich or Lucerne if necessary.

I've seen a lovely recipe for a fish pie but using filo pastry instead of mashed potatoes for the topping. There is no way I'd be capable of making my own, I read recently that the famous English cook, Mary Berry (a judge on the 'Great British Bake Off') buys ready made filo pastry herself as it's too fiddly and time-consuming to make.
Im off topic because I cannot answer you Q but . . . I love Mary Berry! She is right, it is seriously fiddily. Though other ones i do like to make myself. Just not this one!
Recently made her carrot cake . . . couldnt find the cake tin so made buns. . . .36 buns LOL.

Look a bit harder in Migros. Our local has two sorts, a Turkish Burek or Yufka pastry (basically filo) and fresh strudelteig (pretty much the same as well).
Oh and ours sells Tahini. Very useful if you don't have a Turkish store nearby.

And here too. Our Migros actually has one labelled FILO pastry in the fridge with all the other pastries.
