Could anyone refer to me with good real state companies in Basel? Basically one who could be more gentle with expats?
I’m trying to look for but always these one like Wincasa it is so hard to contact.

No real estate company can afford to ge "gentle" to a certain group.
It is all about making money.
You have to fulfill your obligations (no "betreibung", have an unlinited contract, a permit C or B), to get a flat or be in the race for one.
If you miss on one issue or more, you will not come close to a flat these days.
