The two best options I found when I was looking was a Yaasa Desk Pro II and the Ikea IDÅSEN. Yaasa are a Swiss company but their desks are still very keenly priced and manufactured in Europe (with 5yr warranty). They have a showroom in St Gallen so you can see before you buy.
I went for the IDÅSEN in the end because a colleague was selling his for less than half the RRP. The desk is very stable, even at its maximum height and it has a 10 yr warranty. It doesn’t have memory functions on the desk itself, but it is bluetooth controlled so you can create height presets on the desk app.
