Hey everyone! We are moving to Winterthur as a family of three (mum, dad, and baby), and would love to join playgroups or similar in Winterthur.
We are British and speak some German, so open to both languages. We’ll still need to learn swiss German though.
Any other advice and recommendations for young families in Winti would be much appreciated!

If you are on Facebook there are few groups there for parents in Switzerland.
International mothers living in Switzerland ( I think that’s the name but it’s been a while since I’ve used it) is a big general group but if you post there you’ll probably get info on specific groups local to you.
You could also check local community centers (Gemeinde or Quartierzentren) once you arrive; they often run playgroups or parent meetups. Another good option is asking at your pediatrician’s office, as they usually have info on nearby groups for young families.
