Can anyone help or suggest me some details ?
I have a L work permit and looking for a credit card .I have enquired in a lot of banks but no one is ready to give it.Can someone tell me what can I do to get one credit card just to book tickets,online shopping etc.
The amount of money I spend in a month could be deducted from my bank at the end of each month.
Any suggestion would be great

I'm not sure if there is a lot you can do... I've heard of some pre-pay visas and mastercards but not sure whether you can get them here.
Most retailers / airlines accept debit cards / post finance card, and recently I saw something on here that says even Swiss which was the last one that I know of that didn't accept Maestro now offers it.
when i came here I also had an L permit for teh first year. I opened my bank account at postfinance and I also got a visa card from them.
