Hey, I recommend Peter from ProReno. He was recommended to me here on Englishforum years back and we ended up using him for a quite a few things, in the end I regret not using him for absolutely everything because he is highly skilled. Modified some walls / widened entryways, ripped up flooring, removed a sink and tiled wall and replastered where it was, then finally repaint / retexture everything. The work turned out excellent.
