Hello! I am thinking of moving my child to a Guxi Waldkrippe. Their website makes it look like an amazing place, but I wonder if it is all too good to be true. Can anyone share their personal experience? I'm grateful for whatever you can share. I have trolled the internet and found very mixed reviews in German, particularly from the point of view of the employees.

What looks to good to be true? The waldgruppe goes in the forest if the weather is nice, they have a professional preparing lunch in the forest, and do all kinds of activities. Also their inside space is beyond doubt by far the biggest daycare centre I've ever seen, and I simply loved the place. Also they are certified by the city and can give extra German language support and can handle subsidised spots.
Ours starts next month on the Guxi waldgruppe and I'm happy they had a place for us.
My toddler was at Guxi waldspielgruppe last year (schwamendingen), only for one month over the summer, and we both loved it. In the meantime we have repatriated from Canada, and I wish they had a kindergarten as well, I would surely send my kid there...for now we found another forestkindergarten and like it ok so far (only 2 weeks since start), however, I am still keeping my eyes peeled for a bilingual one, one that is playbased and child-led, with small groups... if you have heard of such a Unicorn in Zurich, please share!
does anyone have any newer information on Güxi? Google only gives limited information, so if anyone currently has a child there or is planning to enroll them, I d be happy to hear your experience (also via PM).
Our second child as well as the first one is / was at Güxi (Friesenberg Binz) and we are overall very happy with them. Nice and big location with many different theme rooms and activities, friendly staff, etc. The only drawback are the many staff changes, but I guess that happens at every Kita since they all work with apprentices.
