i already sign up on ricardo. and receive email with temporary code activation. when i insert the code it error said wronf code.i contact by email. and rhey said my profile is not enough. they request my PO BOX. i only hav post code 2000 and my boxpost dont hav number.

Do you mean "post box" that is outside your door, or post box that is located at the post office? If it is at the post office it will have a number. If it is at your door, you use your street address, like this one I made up for example.

Obviously your mail got delivered without a box number, so perhaps it was a miscommunication when you registered?

I think you can simply leave the PO BOX field blank!
I think you are confusing PO BOX with ZIP CODE
