I bought some Ris de Veau, Veal Sweetbreads, the other day from Migros. Honestly I was surprised to find them on sale there. Or should I not be?
Would any one have a smashing recipe for them? I have a simple one where they are poached, then coated in seasoned flour and pan fried. Any else come to mind? I absolutely love them, think they're delicious.
