Evenings and weekends suit best, any terrain, distance or pace. Usually I run solo but being in a group might increase my running regularity.
I also just joined the group mentioned above which was defending nicely dormant 😎
Anyone heard of the Holgrotten Harriers? I've seen their name in various runnin event results lists and someone told me that they are quite a large running club in Zug.
Tried locating their contact details on the internet but nada... could not find anything.
Off for a run on my own..., will check back in next week and hopefully find a response or 2
oh ja, don't forget to smile at the other runners :-)
I am going for a run on Friday 5th early evening, probably about 5pm...roughly.
I plan to leave from the Lussiweg area of Zug and maybe head along into Baar and then to the lake and back in a big circle...or...open to offers of something different. It can be a run of 5 or 6 miles, or shorter/longer if you like.
PM me if you want to join, not sure I should share my phone number here
I`m currently training for some event runs, around switzerland - poss marathon in Dolomites. I find it keeps the motivation up to have a trail running race to go to, thats just me, otherwise I would cop out
Next run for me is a Sunday morning run from Arth to top of Rigi, 11.3 K. I found the route on http://www.arth-online.ch/berglauf/
I can`t make that Friday run - but hopefully there are some takers. Maybe the running circle in Zug is too niche, keep us posted,
Sorry wont be able to make it
Do you have weekend training runs together and is it open to working types of both sexes? Missus and i both run and both work 100%
Thanks for checking, it seems to work only while logged into Face book
