Done a couple of half marathons this year (Ticino in Nov 2009, Paris in Mar 2010) but usually running between 5 and 10k for fitness.
Half marathon time is about 1h 45m, 5k in about 20-25 min, 10k in 45-50. Where do you usually run..? I don't do much round Zug, normally I either head into Zurich or run at work (Pfäffikon)
For the year I have been living here I have seen multiple runners around the lake and trails near the camp ground.
I run my self 3-4 times a week in the evening and was wondering if anyone would be interested in a weekly running group meet up or know if such a group already exists.
I am not a fast runner (6-6.30 pace for my easy runs) and usually run 5-10 km.
If anyone is interested we could set up a weekly "event" to meet for a run.
That, and I've recently got my distance pace to 5:00 or so, and even 4:40 on a good day for short runs (4-5km) so. But that's a recent aberration, I guess.
I will start with personal training from next week and I want it to be challenging so if you need a good workout you are welcome to send me a message. I don't like running so I can't help you with this one but we can do fitness sessions either in my studio in Zug (off Kolinplatz and more than enough space for 2 yoga mats) or outside by the lake if the day is nice.
I also do Pilates recently but because I get private lessons this is expensive. This is really effective method and I already see and feel the results so I don't want to stop but it would be cheaper to do Duo Class instead of 1:1.

I'm not sure whether the offer is still valid but I'm also looking for Running buddy in Zug.
I run 3 times a week and I'm training for the Paris Half Marathon (2nd March 2014).
Currently I'm running between 6:00 and 6:30min/km and between 7k and 14k.
I would be available in the evening from 7.30pm or during the weekend for long run where I prefer to run whith daylight.

Anyone know if it still exists? When I do get out it tends to be 5-8 miles unless I get lost....which I do a lot!
But I'm up for shorter runs too if anyone is about...my goal is to go more regularly but shorter distances rather than long runs every 1-2 weeks. Oh, and ideally not getting lost would be a bonus if you know the area
