Salt Fibre box with Electric cabinet

I moved to a new building, ordered internet from Salt and its's working like a charm. However the installation is not the best fit here.

I have an electrical cabinet with the OTO connector inside. From the electrical cabinet there are some ethernet cables (and coax cables) going to the living room.

I guess the solution would be to:

- install Salt Fiber box in the electrical cabinet

- (turn off it's Wifi)

- wire my internet using the Ethernet cables to the living room

- use an additional Wifi router (or a Wifi extender device from Salt) from the living room

However the Salt Fiber Box is huge and it doesn't even fit in the electrical cabinet.

Did someone run into the same problem? Do you have any suggestions?

I guess there are 3 options.

1) Buy a fiber cable extension and try to pull it to the living room through that LAN cable tube , something of this sort:

2) Dismount that metal plate or parts of it an see if the salt box then can be fitted in the cabinet, then connect over LAN

3) Disassemble the salt box itself, and see if the electronic parts alone can be fitted in the cabinet and dito
