It is really weird. I have never had a machine which would have such issues or make particular unexpected movements (drum). Does somebody have the same issue? It cost around 2000,- so it is not really cheap. I just wanted to share this story to warn people as mentioned. Do not buy a Samsung washing machine....
I need to share my experience to warn people. Basically we ordered a really expensive Samsung washing machine. 11kg, big drum, lots of features. The machine was ordered on Ackermann. It was really loud when we started using it and the drum was shaking a lot. I thought the machine might explode. A guy came from Cool AG to check it and at first mentioned that everything was great. Second try he claims that the 'Rahmen must be verzogen', whatever that means in technical terms. The replacement machine which is now in our bathroom is also very loud, and it is making a 'ticking noise' during a spin.
Often these machines are specially prepared for transit in that the drum mechanism, which in normal use has a suspension/noise damping feature, is locked in position to stop it floating wildly. In practice this can be an aluminium bar, some fixing screws or some other means of holding it all in place. The installation instructions will say how this is to be deactivated or removed before use. Failure to observe this will result in a machine which is loud and vibrates considerably in normal use.
Therefore, it is important that the person doing the installation knows what they are doing.

When I ordered a Samsung dishwasher through Galaxus, it kept back filling. It was decided it wasn't worth replacing, so we were given our money back. This is why I generally buy things from Galaxus.
Afterward, a plumber friend did a small repair (gratis) so we got a free dishwasher.
We did have a Meili but after just under two years it stopped working and the engineer said it was our fault so not covered by warranty. Our Samsung is going strong still.
Sometimes, you just get a bad machine.
Fairly mean slagging off Samsung without really finding out where the problem is.
PS Chf 2k is not expensive for a large machine....
Cheap Chinese brand?
I don't know if it works in the same way in CH, but in the EU if you buy online you generally have 14 days to return the goods you purchased online, no questions asked.
We bought a cheap-ish washing machine some time ago back in Austria from Mediamarkt, which was installed OK, but started leaking after the first wash (no courier will wait for you to do a trial wash, so we had no chance of refusing delivery). Guess what, after some unfruitful email exchanges back and forth with Mediamarkt we got an advice from a 3rd party to simply exercise our right and just return the product.
However a washing machine is not something you just put in your backpack, so we had to pay for the return transport, which cost around 80 EUR. Either this or start a lengthy warranty process during which we would of course would not have a functioning washing machine... In hindsight, this was the right decision. Maybe this is something you should consider.
It doesn't.
I always consider after sale service before buying a big appliance. Got a 9 kg LG washing machine for 470.-- on sale at M-Electronics and I am happy with it.

So the company responded quickly and fixed the issue....
The one thing you have not addressed is if the machine is not performing as per specification and it is just louder than you expected.....
....or if it has been correctly installed
What you describe here is typically you did not remove the screws blocking the drum for transportation, no warranty will cover that, it is your responsibility as user to remove them.
Do you have the model name ? Then it is possible to check the user manual and locate these screws (or possibly bars).
