My friend actually mentioned this yesterday, she has been waiting and waiting for Sanitas to reimburse her bills this year as well. I don't know any specifics, but you're not the only one waiting around for a reimbursement.
Same experience here. I've been waiting about 5 weeks and in the past it has taken 2-3 weeks at most. Not a big amount, so I haven't been bothered enough to call, but I have been starting to wonder...
I have also noticed a delay in reimbursement. I have a toddler in daycare and I am pregnant so the bills have been adding up very quickly -- it's quite frustrating! They also recently refused reimbursement for something that should have been covered. I called and they corrected their error, but it's annoying anyway.
