Anyone else finding Sanitas slow to refund medical bills this year?
Last year they were pretty quick to send us the money but we have had nothing so far this year even from bills sent off in mid-January.

Sanitas, as probably all KKs, starts refunding once the franchise has been subtracted. At least in my case. But you should get a statement.
My friend actually mentioned this yesterday, she has been waiting and waiting for Sanitas to reimburse her bills this year as well. I don't know any specifics, but you're not the only one waiting around for a reimbursement.
Thanks, good to know we're not the only ones! Some of the bills are for our daughter so no deductible.
Same experience here. I've been waiting about 5 weeks and in the past it has taken 2-3 weeks at most. Not a big amount, so I haven't been bothered enough to call, but I have been starting to wonder...
Sanitas are abysmal... I wait 2-3 months and still have to keep reminding them.
I have also noticed a delay in reimbursement. I have a toddler in daycare and I am pregnant so the bills have been adding up very quickly -- it's quite frustrating! They also recently refused reimbursement for something that should have been covered. I called and they corrected their error, but it's annoying anyway.
Just to follow up, I just received reimbursement on my claim. Almost exactly 2 months after mailing it in.
Hope the rest of you are seeing claims get paid too.
