Is anyone using Swica hotline sante24 as first point of contact and could share some feedback ? Is it easy to contact English speaking consultant or you need to stay on the line for hours?
I have used them once, they do speak English. If you dail 044 404 86 06 you instantly have an English speaking Person, although they don't seem to communicate this widely. My advisor told me this, who helped me also with the Kids dental insurance. He speaks fluent English, which I found a bonus
We have dental insurance for our children from Swica. It used to be that if the child (ren) is/are below 7 dental insurance can be added automatically, if they are above 7 then they need a trip to the dentist to check that the teeth is ok before they can be covered. The coverage is CHF 2000 pro Jahr, may be it has gone up.
