If you have a home internet package with Swisscom which is linked to your cellphone (which should already give you a monthly CHF 20 discount on your cellphone bill), you can save another CHF 20/month by signing up for "Simply Digital".

"Simply Digital" means that if you have an issue, you have to register it first using the App online rather than calling the hotline. You can do this in English.

You save CHF 10/month on each contract that you register it with. So, 10 for the home internet and another 10 for the cellphone contract.

I will need to subscribe for two smartphones and internet on october.

Internet + Simply Digital give you 30chf of discount on the mobile, don ́t know yet if the discount if for two mobiles. With the internet total value goes to CHF 169,70. Cheaper than Sunrise that I was looking - CHF 217 for internet and two phones).

Switch to Wingo, Swisscom’s low cost subsidiary. F25 for monthly subscription including 5gb data. Each additional 5gb is F5.

If there is anyone who has two (or more) Swisscom TV and Internet subscriptions, for example in a holiday home, it's now possible to simply use the Blue TV App with multi room function for one of those subscriptions. Obviously the TV would need to be a smart TV.

Thank you! this reminded me to do something I have wanted to do for a while, meaning call them to ask to apply the same discounts as for new clients

Waiting for their offer now.

(OT but just did it for MBudget mobile also and got 50% off for 2 yrs - that is a nice 19.50 CHF/monthly and 234 yearly so am a happy champ)

Another tip: make sure you get all the equipment thrown in free when you first sign up. They will do that. If you add equipment later they will charge you. (Invaluable advice from a Swisscom agent)

Other good advice when you sign up is to ask them to wave the sign up fee of 80 odd CHF. They have done that easily for me.

The Wingo is really good offer actually but I am a little lazy to switch provider. Would however say it's the best offer on the market at the moment!

Just to update:

After I failed miserably to get Swisscom to give us a break on our subscriptions, my tenacious wife decided that she was up for the challenge.

She promptly went and got 1/3 off her cellphone bill and about 15% off our internet bill!

So clearly, the strategy is HUCA (Hang Up and Call Again)!

And...get the wife to do the negotating!

Currently - in my view - the cheapest option if you want to use the Swisscom network is the Coop Mobile Basic abo for CHF 14.95.

We have a Swisscom M package and have been offered the "Blue Security & Service S" for Fr 9.90 per month.

With all our connected devices already protected by AV / Malware software do we really need this?

Anyone have any experience?

Swisscom will not make any price increases this year. But in 2025 they will go up.

I just looked it up and it appears that they are no longer offering it since June 1st. They are honouring exiting subscriptions, but are not allowing any new ones.
