Are there any gadget gurus out there?
I'd like to have the complete SBB database on my mobile phone. Does anyone know of a version that will run on an advanced mobile phone, assuming I have enough memory? I have a sony ericsson and a nokia with S60. Perhaps something with Java.
This is not the city to city fahrplan, but rather a complete offline data base (no mobile internet connection required) for every stop (boat, train, tram, cable car, etc) in Switzerland.
Normally it runs on a pocket PC.

Dunno if you know about the SMS query service. Although not listing every station in Switzerland, you can query the next four connections to / from your chosen destination.
For example to find out the next four trains from Zuerich to Geneva, just send ZURICH GENF TO 222 .
It costs 60 Rappen per message.

Yes, I do know about the SMS features, thanks. It adds up to a lot if you use it every day.

(Offtopic, but I for one love the 222 SMS service!)
