SBB Online Ticket Shop totally useless

Just tried to buy some tickets online.

I have an account already as I buy tickets via the SBB phone app. However trying to log on via my Mac, it just redirected me to a registration page. If I tried to re-register it told me my user name is already taken

Then half the time it shows I can buy the ticket I want to Italy in September online, and the available fares. The other half it has a fit and says it is not available to buy on line.

Now I just managed to log in, once logged in it only allows you to buy tickets 30 days in advance, unlike before logging in.

I encountered the same problem before. You are using Safari, right? What worked for me was to quit Safari, and then open it again and then SBB worked. There must be a glitch somewhere...Another way was to use the French version, CFF, also, no glitches. And yet another was to use Chrome when buying online tix from SBB.
