Hello!

Scanners: where I can scan documents in Basel? I wonder where I can generate some scanned copies of some bills in the city so that I can then send them by email, how do you call these places here in German? Thanks!

If you have the exact address, it would be the best thing.

Otherwise, maybe someone living in Basel can help me with the scanner in their home? This also will be really great, thank you!!!

PS: About the poll - of course, I am kidding...

dunno what quality you need but, can't you just make a digital photo of the documents? I guess even with the newer phones you could get pretty good results (maybe chop up 1 A4 in multiple pictures)

Good idea the phone. I did that once in the back of a minibus in the middle of Russia once...

I've got a scanner (two fwiw). Send me a pm if the phone suggestion doesn't work out.

Internet dome on Steinenvortstrasse (cinema street for some) well actually just off it. If you walk down Steinenvortstrasse it is down the side of LUSH that fancy womens bath salt place. Here is a link to the address on google maps. They have a scanner and printer.

An old thread, but I discovered that post offices have a multi-function scanner and colour printer which is handy when you need something done quickly. I had only a B&W printer and caught the requirement for a colour photocopy just before sending so was able to fix this.

Post office? You’ve got a post office? Luxury I say, luxury. The sole remaining post office, at the shopping centre, doesn’t have one of these.
