Hi! We don't have any kids, and I have no idea what a pregnancy pillow is, haha. But my husband and I bought baby gates for our puppies here and they had what seemed like EVERYTHING under the sun for babies and pregnant women, and very nice stuff as well. It's in central Zurich on Uraniastrasse! Good luck!!
I have one with 2 covers that I used for one night.. it irritated me! You can have the pillow and 2 covers (white) for CHF 70. (I paid CHF117 for the pillow and CHF 15 for each pillowcase)

I bought mine from Babyland (Dietikon). You can get it from any Babyladen. Alternatively I have heard that it's available also in bigger Migros.
Tried MMM migroz in brunau..no luck...it was difficult to actually make them understand what I was actually looking for..:-)

I still have one pregnancy pillow with light blue cover in the cellar waiting for our kid number two to arrive (currently no time soon :-)).

well in center of zurich for sure will be expensive.

The German word for it would be "Stillkissen". In case you want to go somewhere and ask again.
Stillkissen you can get in most baby shops - including the Manor baby section and Babys R Us at Toys R Us. Schwangershchaftskissen - as in the specially shaped bump-pillow type - not (at least not that I've seen).
But, you can get them online at www.babywalz.ch (actually search for schwangerschaftskissen). They also have all types of breastfeeding cushions (stillkissen).
But it depends on why you want one / what your problem is - if you have pain in the groin area then I'd recommend a stillkissen (long breastfeeding cushion) tucked around the bump and between your legs. If you have back pain then probably the bump pillow is better. If you're just generally uncomfortable then I'd say try something with a regular pillow first - either tuck it between your legs, tuck it under the bump or both - can help and is cheaper than a special pillow.
But I have to say that the long style stillkissen is rubbish for actual breastfeeding - if you want a cushion for BFing then I'd go for one of these C shaped ones - much better!
