Seeking for Money Tree in Zurich

Tag guys!

I'm looking for a money tree, a real little tree, height about 1 metre, asian style. I'm living in Zürich. I've been to Sihl City, Coop and Migro City. There is a nice shops in Sihl city sells nice flowers and and some trees for interior, but none of them suits. I'm sorry i have no picture of the tree sample, so it has not to be Asian style. Do you guys know any shop sell it?

Thank you

I used to have one but I got it in Volketswil. There is a gardening centre in Schwamendingen (not sure of the name, I think it was Hausner or something like that) that had some last time I was there and Ikea in Dietlikon always has some. Not quite in town but closest I can think of. Maybe Globus at Bellevue? Remember to put it in the south-east corner of a room with some coins in the pot, according to Feng Shui that's the way to go to increase wealth.

I think you might need to provide more information because there are several plants which the Chinese refer to as "money trees" (mainly plants with round leaves).

The most common one is the jade plant but these are usually in little pots, about 30-50 cm high.

Thanks for your information Kitt ah i might go have a look in Globus! What about you seen in Ikea? are they real plant?

Thanks Creme, yes round leaves would be nice one. Actually i'm not so familiar with kind of money trees but i'd love to see them then i can choose. And should be real plant, not jede.

Um ... a "jade plant" is a real plant. It is called "jade plant" because the colour of its leaves are a similar colour to jade (i.e. the precious stone).

ah i see, i thought the one made by real jade lol.. and where perhaps i can find it?

thanks :-)

Migros Brunaupark sells some plants and probably is closest to you. Ikea Dietikon has some plants too, like Kittster said. I'm not sure if they have money trees. But I have bought some nice meter high plants there for about 30.- each.

Thanks all for the information, finally i decided to buy it in Sihl city, its nice and as i expected.
