We feel like it would be easier to get them made. (The fabric is quite easily available)
Anyone have ideas on shops that might stock the ready item or a place we can have them made?
We have tried everything, but cannot seems to find a place to buy replacement cushions for our outdoor rattan furniture.
Can you post a picture of the furniture? Might help if we've seen something similar that would work...

I think the easiest would be to let someone make it for you. It won't be super cheap, but I guess also not too expensive.
Just look for a sewer somewhere close to you, go and ask.
I, too, was looking for cushions (to cover) - and was surprised that I couldn't find the sizes I needed anywhere, despite being pretty standard patio furniture. One... erm... helpful sales person said that people here generally just buy a whole new set of patio furniture when the cushions start looking raggedy...
So if your search proves similarly fruitless, get thee to Ikea, take a look at their foam mattresses. If the sizes are not quite right you can easily cut the foam to fit. Often child/crib bed mattresses work. They have pillows galore, sizes there should not be a problem.
Then make a waterproof under cover, and a fabric outer cover. You could put in a velcro closure if your sewing skills are not up to zippers.
Done and dusted - and likely for very little money.
ETA, looking at your pic again;
Are you sure the cushion foam can't be re-used? I've steam cleaned old foam cushions with good results. Take off the fabric cover, do it on a hot day, let the foam dry thoroughly. Then have new covers made as per above.
