I’d like to know about how shy and sensitive girls with German as a second language and a weakness in maths are supported to reach potential.
That’s probably too specific which is why I kept it general.
Is your daughter a pupil at the school already? If so, have you spoken to her teachers about support for maths? There are also external tutors you can hire to help, often they are older kids who have recently been through the system and are quite good at cutting through the ‘teacher-speak’ of maths lessons.
YouTube is also an excellent resource for maths subjects.
As for the shy-ness, would your daughter benefit from activities outside of school? Sports, scouts, ballet? It would have an additional benefit of bringing more confidence in German/dialect.
