I am currently living in Bern. And I need to send a Fax to a foreign country. Do you know some public place where I can send a Fax since I don ́t have phone in my home? Do you know if it is very expensive?

Just go to your nearest post-office. They usually have fax and copy machines for personal use. Shouldn't be more than a frank or so (expensive, but OK for one-time use I guess )

In Geneva it costs 7 francs to send a fax from the Post Office.
