what happens if you send mail without stamps? does it just get delivered when the recipient pays for the postage. i may or may not have a letter to send to sunrise...
Reception may or may not be refused by the recipient.
If your address is on the envelope you will get a bill (to be paid with stamps). If not, the Post kindly ask the receiver to pay for it if they like to do so.
If you do not have stamps, you can get a digital stamp through the Post APP:

thanks. i left the address off the envelope. since the letter is a dispute on invoicing, i'd like sunrise to pay.
I didn't put enough postage on a letter abroad and was billed for the extra + a one franc surcharge. Payable by credit card online.
As said they can refuse reception, and they do not have to pay.
I'll make sure to put URGENT and IMPORTANT on the envelope then
Have you considered sending registered post. I could have sworn I've heard that is the effective method to deal with companies here.
In his case, just a waste of money
For matters like this, best to send a registered letter. A+ is considered delivered even though it does not require a signature but it has a barcode for tracking.
Leaving your return address off and not putting affixing postage to the envelope doesn't sound like an effective approach. Who knows, they might even add charge the postage due back to you.!
