what company did you hire? How much did it cost?
You need the weight and the size to calculate the price.
When you have it check with your local Mail Boxes Etc. ( many in Madrid ) and they will tell you prices from various carriers such as UPS, DHL, FEdEx etc.
Check also the post office website or an online carrier if its just the cheapest price you want.
