Serafe - 50 chf refund

Hi

I have been reading the forum since 2006 and used to have an account at one point but lost the details. I registered again today.

I have a question on Serafe and i don't seem to be able to find a clear answer.

I hope you don't mind if i open this thread

The Serafe website states the fee for 2021 is 335 chf

Then, there is also the information about the fact that the first invoice of 2021 should get a deduction of 50 chf due to previous VAT overcharges

How much should we expect in the first 2021 invoice (assuming an annual payment)? my ebill is for the full 335.

Is this right?

if it is not correct, this is one messy organization indeed. They keep compounding their mistakes

I wonder how it will work because there are contradictions on that page.

In the second part of the page , it still says the refund will be processed with the first annual invoice for 2021.

The added part at the top however states the refund will be processed in the second half of the year.

I hope they will send a refund for those of us who will pay the full annual invoice in the first half of the year... as there won't be any further invoices from which it can be deducted.

I got a bill for 335CHF-50CHF 285CHF. I did not do/ask or register for any reduction.

Same here. Don't know what to tell you OP.

It is kind of funny that this is for MWST erroneously paid during the years from 2010 to 2015. I wasn't even paying these payments during these years. I wouldn't really complain if I didn't get the refund but I certainly am not going to let them know that I don't feel I deserve it.

I also got the bill with the 50chf deducted. Happily no need to wait for some refund check which then requires going to the Post Office or Bank to cash it in
