What I want to do is practicing long range shooting. If is in a proper shooting range with boundaries it would be perfect. I said about the hunters because they shoot outside and I don’t care if I have to get a hunting license in the case that there wouldn’t be the shooting ranges here. Not for shooting animals just to practice with something else. I don’t know the level of freedom that Switzerland has, but for example in my visit to the USA I can go outdoors and just put an apple at 300 yards for example.

You will find Switzerland very, very different to the U.S. with regard to shooting, off-road driving, recreational flying, wild camping and almost everything else!
Well, prepare yourself for culture shock. One of the tiresome issues around here is that one cannot simply do something for fun. You need to be member of a club (or establish it). Find like-minded people not only for your hobby but for many parts of your life that have nothing to deal with your hobby. Devote a significant number of hours per week to it. Due to the effort (sunk costs) of all this you become defensive of your hobby.
I've clashed with this attitude to fun more than once. I already have a job where performance metrics matter, where calculation mistakes have consequences, where this attention to detail really matters. I'd like to half-ass my hobbies, but this is apparently not that common
It's not about freedom. It's that we live in a high population density region. There's always someone in the woods walking the dog, riding a bike, running, riding a horse, grilling a cervelat, cosplaying wizards and witches...or hunting. So it's really hazardous to shoot in the forested areas, you're never truly alone.
Yes probably you are right, but everything is about common sense in my opinion. For example, since hunting is allowed, I guarantee you that is much more dangerous costplaying wizards and witches in the forest where they are hunting and where they don’t really see what is behind the animal, than if there is a shooter practicing.
Firstly, the Costplaying Wizards and Witches play in the urban jungle, often sighted near Paradeplatz.
Additionally, no hunter should be taking shots with no backstop behind their target. Hunters already have a poor name with some people, especially those who don't realise the regulations they have here, and keep conflating them with the US free for all or the drunk French.
My friend, it doesn’t matter the laws you have. Hunting is always more dangerous than shooting for yourself and for 3rd parties. Just because when you shoot you do it slowly and can see really well in then sight what is around, while when hunting the animal is moving in many cases and you have to take fast decisions. Of course the law is the law, and must be respected. But I don’t understand your fear for someone shooting in the forest and not for someone hunting in the exact same conditions. In the case that is safety your worry.
A person with a hunting licence in Switzerland (and in a lot of other countries in Europe) will have had a certified training. Something which a lot of gun owners never had.
As to seeing well, how do you manage that when you want to shoot 500-1000 meters?
With correct rifle sight you can see impacts holes of .30 inch at 300 meters, so anything bigger than 5-10 cm is well visible at 1 km. In fact the center of the 1km paper targets are usually 15 cm approx, and the whole targer a bit more than 1 meter.
