Sibir Washing Machine Symbols

So I just discovered a stain on my good ol' white pants and I'd like to bleach those buggers. However, I'm confused as to where I'm supposed to pour the bleach.

I have a front loading Sibir washing machine with three small slide out compartments. Do I choose: The semi-circle with two dots falling into it (Where I put normal detergent) The semi-circle with only 1 dot in it The half filled semi-circle with a flower in it

Anyone have any idea? Or does anyone know what the symbols actually represent?

Pictures might help ( as well as a precise make and model number of the device ).

As requested

To bleach, I never directly pour onto white linen / laundry but a diluted mixture ( 25% ie 0.25L of bleach for 1L of water ).

I would add detergent at the 2nd cycle or later.

The brand I use is Chlorix Blue .

SIBIR Group

Not being a fan of bleach, I would not bleach the pants but treat the stain and bleach may not be the best solution. Bleach is not always safe even on whites. What does the washing label on the pants say?

Do you know what the stain is?

If you want to try bleach, I would use a small amount heavily diluted to start.

Bleach works very fast, so you don't want to leave it to soak. Rinse afterwards and then wash normally.

The flowery symbol is where you put conditioner, and the tray with the single dot is where you put detergent if you choose a pre-wash.

Sorry ladies, but I'm already taken

After searching all over the web, I could not find any users manual for this, so I used the pics and wrote what is my interpretation of the symbols. Hope it helps.

ok, in that case my interpretation might be wrong. I thought the one with 2 dots mean prewash and wash.

Isnt the bigger compartment the one for the main wash and the small one for prewash detergent?

I wish I knew what it was. It's orange and I think it may be carrot. I have no idea though why it may be carrot or how it got stained because it may have come from the washing machine rather than from me rubbing carrots into my pants.

The pants are white cotton Guess with some brown threading on the pockets but otherwise 100% white.

The shirt with the lines is very dirty?! Hahaha I thought it stood for mixed colors.

Y-fronts or boxers? ..... yellow stains should be boiled - bleach will just irritate.

Try shaking it a bit longer next time.

It does seem strange, but it is for the pre-wash powder

Pants

Trousers

Underwear, well more specifically Boxers

this one helps me a lot with my boys clothes it removes everything!!

I put all the clothes in the tub and fill with water to cover the clothes, then add this thing. leave 30 minutes and use your hands to rub it and see if the stain is gone, it normally is. then just make a normal wash cycle.

I do that with the boys clothes and all goes out banana, carrots, every single stain.

EDIT. another great thing about this is that its not a bleach, most of the clothes I wash with this has other colors here and there and nothing is affected.

Does the washing label have a "do not bleach symbol"?

Ahhh .... slacks.

[I thought you woz a geezer?]

Oops, forgot to mention that there actually isn't any label for some reason.

Your pants are missing one of these labels,

For those who no longer live at home

A new Sibir washing machine just appeared in the laundry room of the house I'm in. All fine except pulling the door handle does not open the door. I verified that the child lock is deactivated (tried to open it both with the lock deactivated and activated just for the sake of it).

There's no sign of water in the drum, although I think that the installation guy had set a wash cycle going with no laundry just to clean it through.

Does this sound like a malfunctioning door, or is there some magic door opening ritual with the controls on Swiss washing machines that I don't know about?
